Pickled Eggs

A long time ago, my dad taught me how to make pickled eggs – hardboiled eggs left soaking in pickle juice. I love them! It gives the eggs just a little zip and they are tasty enough to eat without salt or pepper.

When I made these a few days ago, it made me think of my dad.
