I walked down the street to a brat fry today. (Side note: here they call ‘barbequing’, ‘grilling out.’ It’s only considered barbequing if you are using barbeque sauce, from what I gather.)
The brat was decent. Nothing too exciting. I did manage to get the condiments everywhere except where I wanted them. But, it was still a pretty tasty lunch.
I just noticed that in the picture I took, you can pretty much just see bread. I promise there’s a brat in there somewhere!
It's not just the brat that is important to Wisconsinites(or is it Wisconsiners)it's about the roll (bun) too!
