Hi There.

Welcome to my blog documenting my temporary stay in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Please keep in mind that the target audience for this blog is my family and close friends. So, if you're wondering why I post pictures of food I have eaten or silly videos of me singing while driving, that's why.

I Love My Hair

It’s the first day after the Brazilian Blowout and…. <insert high pitched squealing here>….. I LOVE my hair!

It took me 5 minutes…. repeat…. 5 minutes to blow dry and ‘style’ it today. Later, even after I walked through a parking lot in the rain, it still dried to be sleek and straight. No frizzies!

5 minutes! I’m still in a state of disbelief. Normally, it would take me at least 25 minutes to get my hair this straight.

At the moment, I want to bake some cookies and send them to the person that invented this hair treatment. :)

  1. I wonder if the Brazilian Blowout would stand up to a New Jersey August. Hmmmm. It looks nice and slinky. Will it be less expensive to fly to Sheboygan to get it done or to go to Seattle?

I hope you show us a picture of you with your 'pomade' in your hair.

We are still sick so your cookies will be put on hold until we are well. sorrrrrryyyyyy.

  2. Aunt Duddie:

I'm not sure how much it costs in Seattle, but probably a lot more than in Sheboygan.

We'll see about the follow up pic. :)

I'm sorry you are sick (and not just because you were going to send me cookies!). I hope you feel better soon!

  4. Hey Cor! I know it's not as exciting as France. :) But, I'm in WI because our company HQ is here and I'm working on a system development project. It's temporary - for about two months.

Side note: I've been enjoying following your Paris blog. Looks like you are having great experiences and making some memories! I'm glad you are getting to do something that you wanted to do for a long time.
