Hi There.

Welcome to my blog documenting my temporary stay in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Please keep in mind that the target audience for this blog is my family and close friends. So, if you're wondering why I post pictures of food I have eaten or silly videos of me singing while driving, that's why.

Lunch & Blog Talk at Field to Fork

Today I went to lunch with my boss, Antonio, and two coworkers that were hired fairly recently. We had a good conversation about corporate blogging and social media in professional settings.

We also ate some awesome fried cheese curds. (Way better than Culver’s!)

I ate a vegetarian sandwich and a salad. (Yay for a healthy lunch…well… except for those curds.)

  1. JB, Can you get the recipe for making the cheddar curds for me? I know how to fry them, I just want to make the curds myself. Pretty Please?
    TIA

    Maybe this will help: http://www.ehow.com/way_5780156_homemade-cheese-curds.html

I don't think that Field to Fork makes their own curds - they use local meat, cheese and other products.

I hope that helps! I look forward to sampling your creations. :)
