Last night, I went to Il Ritrovo here in Sheboygan. It was the first time that I went to a sit-down restaurant by myself. I’m glad I did it, even though I felt lonely and awkward the entire time. But the food was good and the service was great.

Anyway, I noticed on the receipt that they had a section showing tip amounts (as you can see in the picture above). I thought this was a great idea! It saves me the trouble of having to do the math or just put my standard tip amount (I know, I know….this is rather pathetic… but I am not very good at math).
I wish more restaurants did this.
I tend to over-tip even though I HATE the concept of tipping. It's like supplementing some cheap employers payroll. yeah, I was a waitress when I went to school but I still think it stinks.

Aunt Duddie: I know. I'm weird about tipping too. I forget sometimes... ie: tipping the shuttle guy from the airport. I wish I received tips when I helped people with their computer problems. :)
